Teen classes (ages 13 to 18) come in three tracks: Novice, Intermediate and Advanced. There's no audition. Dancers new to dance or to a style start in Novice, and moving up is by instructor recommendation from the previous year; Intermediate and Advanced need instructor approval.
Returning Bloom dancers see Novice in their parent portal, plus any higher level they've been approved for. If your teen is returning to a style after time away, email support@danceatbloom.com for a level recommendation before registering.
New teens can also start with Hip Hop, Seeds or Teen Dance, which are based on age rather than skill.
