From Bloom's Class Descriptions page, in brief:
Ballet (ages 4 to 18): the foundation class, with barre work, center technique and across-the-floor combinations that build grace and coordination.
Tap (4 to 18): rhythmic patterns and combinations that build musicality and coordination through quick footwork.
Jazz (9 to 18): fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns, with room for individual expression.
Hip Hop (4 to 18): rhythm, musicality and basic footwork, encouraging each dancer's own style while building strength and stamina. Boys Hip Hop (7 to 10) adds breakdancing-inspired standing moves, floor work and freezes.
Acro (3 to 18): strength, flexibility and tumbling skills, with partner tricks and dance steps, for high-energy dancers. Tiny Tumblers (3 and up) is the introductory acro class.
Contemporary (7 to 18): combines modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet to express emotion through fluid movement.
Musical Theater (5 to 12): a jazzy style of movement plus some singing, lip-syncing and acting.
Leaps & Turns (Novice to Advanced): a technique-only class with intense conditioning and focused repetition.
Pointe: advanced ballet by instructor approval, with at least two weekly ballet classes.
Creative Movement (age 3) blends song, dance and pre-ballet; Dance With Me (2 to 3) is a parent-and-toddler class with creative movement, parachute, tunnels, ribbons and scarves.
Combo classes (4 to 12) split one class between two styles, such as Ballet/Tap or Jazz/Hip Hop.
Seeds (7 to 18) is a dance class focused on worship, through choreographed and improvisational dance, with mentorship and community outreach.
Teen Dance (13 to 18) is contemporary-based for beginners, with hip hop elements.
